We Review the Prescription
Our pharmacy team reviews the prescription and carries out the appropriate dispensing checks.

We Contact Your Patient
The patient receives a secure payment link by SMS/email, so your clinic doesn’t need to collect the medication payment.
06.
We Dispense & Deliver
Once payment is completed, Halo Health Pharmacy dispenses the medication and arranges tracked delivery to the patient’s chosen UK address.
Send Your Prescription
Once the consultation is done, send your patient's private prescription over, by email, API integration, or your own e-prescription system.
We Review It
Our registered pharmacist checks the prescription and confirms everything's ready to dispense.
Patient Confirms & Pays
We'll text and email the patient a secure payment link, so they can pay their competitively priced prescription fee in moments.
We Deliver, Free
We dispense the medication and deliver it to their chosen UK address, tracked, next-day as standard, or same day in select London postcodes.
Don’t have a digital prescription system? No problem, simply post the paper prescription to us within 72 hours.
